Cookie Policy.

Which cookies our website uses, why we use them, and how you can accept, reject or change your choice at any time.

Updated October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Impactive Tech Ltd (“Impactive”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.impactive.pro. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

In short: we only use analytics cookies if you choose to accept them. If you reject them, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

1.What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a comparable way. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for a website to work or to provide something you have asked for, and do not need your consent. All other cookies, including analytics cookies, are only used if you agree to them.

3.About Google Analytics

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the website that referred you, and general device and location information (country or city, not your precise location). Google Analytics does not log or store your full IP address.

Google acts as our data processor for this information. Google may process it in the United States; such transfers are made under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services and in Google’s Privacy Policy.

4.Other services on our website

These services do not set cookies on our website, but they do receive some information when you use it:

  • Google Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
  • Microsoft Azure. When you submit a form on our website, the details you enter are stored in our Microsoft Azure account in the UK and emailed to our team using Azure Communication Services.
  • Links to other websites. Links to sites such as LinkedIn take you to services with their own cookie and privacy policies.

5.Your choices

When you first visit our website we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and the website works the same either way.

You can change your mind at any time. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page, or the button below. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6.Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page, and ask for your consent again where required.
